Here we have collated all the information you may wish for regarding the Army Air Corps potent attack helicopter. From the Cold War era requirement for a dedicated attack helicopter and the decision to choose the Apache AH1, all the way through to the Capability Sustainment Programme which will see the new AH-64E model serve well into the future.

The units and squadrons who fly and have flown the aircraft are detailed, along with the various operating locations where you are likely to see Apaches.

Important times and events in the Apache lifetime are detailed on the Milestones Page, and numerous Technical Details are described too, including the types of armaments that can be employed.

Details of some Exercises and Operations are here too, as well as the role of displaying the Apache and the Army to the general public.

There are plenty of Image Galleries available, including detailed Walkrounds, and there is a comprehensive Production List here too.
